Since 1999 we are working in Catalonia and in the Balearic Islands. Our work starts with the first ideas, continuous in the process of construction and during the life of the building.

Residential

We work with different typologies of construction : detached houses, dwelling row houses, block of flats,… which where placed in urban or rustic areas. Our work is based in the search of harmony between the client needs and desires and the application of urbanistic and technical regulations and the respect of the environment.

Tertiary

In this area we have been working in different types of projects: schools, hotels, office buildings… We see in every project a new goal where we can re-learn all the learnings we have. A professional multidisciplinary team help us in order to reach the balance between the technical part of the architecture and the emotional.

Rehabilitation

During the last years we have been skilled in this kind of building projects: restoration, remodelation and building update. In all cases, we prioritize the original signs conservation by erase the time damage process.
